THE STORY BEHIND
Between two sacred mountains Matthias Scheffler found the inspiration for the soundtrack to
„COSMIC VIBRATION“: on Mount Etna in Sicily and Mauna a Wākea in Hawaii. There, where fire erupts from the earth and stars touch the sky, his journey into the language of the universe began - a language that consists of pure sound.

The origin
Between two Sacred Mountains
Matthias Scheffler was standing on the lava fields of Mauna a Wākea in Hawaii when he asked himself the question: „Why do we see what we see? Why do we feel what we feel?“ It was not just a poetic question, but an echo within him - a reminder that everything we perceive is related to the resonance of our own frequency. In the depths of his body, he felt a sound that did not come from outside, but from an invisible connection between earth, sky and his own heart. It became clear to him: the language of the universe is sound - and this sound would become the soul of the soundtrack of „COSMIC VIBRATION“.
At the same time, far away on Mount Etna in Sicily, Ludwig was forging a unique gong from metal, the volcano's soil and meteorite dust, which would later become the heart of the film. The volcano, living, breathing, became the stage for a creative sacred process. With great attentiveness and deep intention, he formed an instrument from cosmic material and earthly fire that is more than metal and sound. Glowing heat, sparks, hammer blows: Matter, energy and intention merged into an instrument that was more than rare earth and form. In the vibrations of this gong lived the pulse of the earth, the breath of the volcano and the memory of the meteorite's journey through the vast space of the cosmos. Etna was not just a backdrop, but a co-creator - its power was inscribed in the sound and became a portal - a gateway to inner spaces of experience.
An Hawaii, high up on Mauna Kea, Matthias received the other side of the same truth. Surrounded by the vastness of the Pacific and the silence of the starry sky, he felt clearly for the first time: Why do we see what we see? Why do we feel what we feel? It is the resonance of our own vibration. Here, between ocean and cosmos, between surf and silence, he realized that sound not only wants to be heard, but felt - as a vibration that speaks directly to the soul.
While Ludwig stood by the fire, Matthias sat in silence under the starry night sky in Hawaii, listening to the sound of the ocean and the quiet sound of his own thoughts. He thought: „It is the pulse of our origin, a sacred rhythm. It is the heartbeat of our planet, our mother. It is the sound of our own frequencies, woven into her song.“ These words became an inner melody. The surf sounded like ancient drums, the wind like a distant whisper of the stars, and in this simultaneity of nature, silence and inner experience, the music of the film seemed to him as if it was already there - as if it just wanted to be heard and shaped.
Ahis synchronization - Ludwig on Mount Etna, Matthias on Mauna a Wākea, the highest volcanic mountain on earth in Hawaii - gave rise to the core of „COSMIC VIBRATION“. The gong was the gateway, the music the path. Matthias realized that each track would be a resonance field: a space in which sound could not only be heard, but also experienced physically and emotionally.
A symphony of vibrations was more than just an idea for the soundtrack - it became the leitmotif. A symphony resounds in the depths of our existence, every note a reflection of our being. Matthias composed in the same way: he was not looking for melodies „from the outside“, but for frequencies that open up inner spaces. In the songs, he interwove the rumbling of the volcano, the fine overtones of the gong and gentle spherical surfaces with classical orchestra to create a sound field in which you can feel the voice of Mother Earth - not as a sentence, but as a vibration. It is as if the heartbeat of the planet synchronizes with your own heartbeat.
Dhe sounds from Matthias' Sound Alchemy Lab - the Perfect Wave recording studio - spread through the room like a wave, penetrating the body, nervous system and emotions. Sound becomes a bridge - between body and consciousness, between origin and present.
When the unique beings of the crystal singing bowls, which are made by Cosima are played in the soundtrack with dedication and intention, unfolding their crystalline, almost ethereal tones and merging with the deep breath of the gong, the impression is created as if the stars were whispering directly into the listener's inner self.
These sounds carry this magical, almost forgotten feeling: everything is connected, everything sounds in a big, cosmic pattern, in an ocean of dancing geometric shapes, colors and frequency spectra.
For Matthias, working on the soundtrack was also an inner journey. He asked himself: „Will I get lost in all the sounds or will I find the sound of unity, of the stars? What is the real purpose of this search, this journey to the core of every human being?“ During the long nights in the studio, carried by his connection to Hawaii and the presence of the gong from Mount Etna, he found his answer in sound. The music became a guide to the inside; each piece told of transitions: Past and future, future and present, I and we, earth and cosmos.
Dhe rhythms and patterns, these waves, became the acoustic image of what many only intuitively feel: that all particles, all beings, all experiences are connected in a dance of love and harmony.
At the end, when all the tracks were mixed, Matthias listened to the soundtrack in one piece - and felt that a circle had been completed. The meteorite gong, born on Mount Etna; the vision and inspiration, received on Mauna a Wākea in Hawaii; the lyrics about the inner heartbeat of the earth, the language of the universe and the all-encompassing range of frequencies that we call love in their sum - everything was united in this music. „Follow the sound, discover your inner self“ was no longer just a phrase, but a lived experience.
The soundtrack to „COSMIC VIBRATION“ is therefore not just background music for a film, but a sounding cosmos: an invitation to remember ourselves as part of a large, vibrating universe - where sound becomes a bridge and resonance becomes knowledge. So that we all remember our origins, our true home, and start singing the song of the stars together again, full of love.

Matthias Scheffler
Matthias Scheffler is a Frequency Artist - a bridge builder between worlds, whose life has taken him from the vibrant nights of the international club scene to the sacred mountains of Hawaiʻi.
He recognized early on that music is far more than mere entertainment. It is energy in motion - a living work of consciousness, a gateway to that space in which sound becomes experience and experience becomes knowledge.
Under his stage name Mat Silver, he wrote international music history, released countless melodic, euphoric tracks and co-founded the label „Above the Sky Limited“ in London, through which he released his own and other visionary productions into the world. The dance floors and ecstatic raves of the time became his first laboratories: Places of connection, where frequencies set body and heart vibrating together and opened up new spaces of experience.
Over time, his focus shifted - from external ecstasy to the subtle levels of inner vibration. The producer and DJ became a Producer of Conscious Sound, a sound alchemist who not only creates sound, but also understands it as consciousness - as a living intelligence that brings the inner being of man into resonance with the breath of the earth.
Matthias is a guardian of frequencies. In his understanding, sound is a living form of consciousness - vibration that unites the heartbeat of the human being with the pulse of Mother Earth. A „sacred rhythm“ flows through the veins, reminding us of our own origins and the eternal togetherness of all life. Music became his path inwards - a path of healing, remembrance and deep connection with creation itself.
For Matthias, music is a way inwards, a practice of remembering: Sound for Inner Remembering - vibration as medicine, as prayer, as a return to who we really are.
Ehe experienced a profound turning point in Hawaiʻi. The presence of nature, its mountains, the elemental force of the ocean, the knowledge of the indigenous people and the spirituality of places such as Mauna a Wākea touched him so deeply that his art and his consciousness were realigned.
Mauna Kea in particular, one of the most sacred places in the Pacific region, opened his consciousness to sound as prayer - as a dialog between man and land, between ancestors and the cosmos. Hawaiʻi became his second home, a living mirror of his longing for meaning and his love of music.
In this encounter with nature, spirituality and the language of the heart, Matthias found his place as a transmitter from beyond - as a bridge builder between dimensions, weaving sound into our world as a message from the invisible.
In this space of encounter, Matthias met the singer, chanter and activist Hāwane Rios and her ʻOhana. Her voice - rooted in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, Aloha ʻĀina and the stories of her people - found resonance in Matthias’ ability to create sound spaces in which the essential becomes audible.
AFrom this encounter grew a deep friendship, trust and a creative alliance in which he, as a producer and Conscious Sound Shaper, brings prayers and chants to life in their original essence - respectful of the culture and respectful of the land and its origins.
Today, Matthias unites all these lines of his path: the precision of the producer, the experience of the DJ, the sensitivity of the sound alchemist and the love of Hawaiʻi. His music is both an invitation and a reminder - a call to follow the sound and to recognize one's own self as part of a larger, cosmic symphony.
